This signed contract is for Pretty Little Lives LLC(PLL) Decorating Services Retainers Fee and acknowledging that you have read and agreed with PLL Decorating Services Term and Agreements. This signed contract constitutes full and complete understanding and agreement between the (Client) Signature ____________________________________ and Pretty Little Lives LLC, there are no oral or other agreements.
RETAINERS FEE: Upon signature, PLL reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for this specific time and date. This amount is non-refundable even if the event date is changed or cancelled for any reason. The deposit of $___________ reserves the date ____/____/_______ and covers sample materials, and travel. In some cases, if more expensive and customizable items are needed, the client will be required to pay the cost. It is agreed upon that all materials purchased by PLL will be the property of PLL at the end of the event. After the sample table has been approved by the client, PLL will provide you with an invoice. The invoice will include the final payment and description of services that will be provided by PLL.
